Buprenorphine Hotline

In collaboration with the state's Department of Health and the Providence Center, the hotline offers a lifeline to those seeking help, connecting them with trained specialists who can guide them through the process of accessing buprenorphine.

Street Medicine

Under a grant funded by the Rhode Island Foundation, attending physicians will have the opportunity to participate in a Street Medicine training and practice experience in Providence.

RI SAFE (Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner Program) helps victims of sexual assault with forensic exams and best-practice care.

Community Health Workers

In the ED, our Community Health Workers and Peer Recovery Specialists serve as an important bridge between the hospital and the community. They are uniquely positioned and equipped to assist our most marginalized and at-risk patient populations in improving their health and well-being
