Department of Emergency Medicine

I completed a two-year Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital and have been the fellowship director here at Brown since 2016.  Mentoring learners through their ultrasound fellowship and academic projects in order to set them up for achieving success in the career that excites them is my passion.  I cater the fellowship to the individual, depending on their interest in research, education, administration, etc. We train both clinical and non-clinical fellows and having an abundance of learners makes the division very robust and a lot of fun. Our fellowship is EUFAC credentialed and our core faculty who qualify completed and passed their FPD AEMUS exam in 2022.
